Back in 1963, a group of young professionals led by Joaquín Panadés Freixanet and Juan Luis Oliva de Suelves decided to join forces and together establish a new construction company in the Balearic Islands. A year and a half later, Ramón Panadés joined them to take on the company’s financial management.
The Panadés brothers’ efforts were always guided by sound judgment and perseverance, strengthening and consolidating what eventually became GOCCISA, the company now run by the second generation headed by Eugenia, José, and Ramón Panadés, and continuing to devote all its know-how and excellence to the fascinating, complex construction industry.
We strive to stand out as a uniquely accessible company whose philosophy has always involved working closely with our clients and with their architectural supervision teams in order to achieve the appropriate construction quality and meet our deadlines. With this goal in mind, we have consolidated a technical staff and an overall team that is fully aware of the importance of every detail, capable of facing the challenges involved in any construction project with foresight and sound decisions.
